IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!

IT’S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU WINTERIZE AND DRAIN YOUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. DON’T GET CAUGHT WITH THOSE COSTLY REPAIR BILLS.

WINTERIZE/SUMMERIZE CONTRACT FOR SUN CITY – CAROLINA LAKES 2022/2023:

Package includes the following:

Winterize:

  1. Shut down and seal main supply.
  2. Blowout backflow valve and pipes with compressor or drain back flow valve manually. (Per system design)
  3. Seal back flow preventer ports. (Per system design)
  4. Manual flush all control valves.

Summerize:

  1. Re-seal and connect back flow preventer. (Per system design)
  2. Close valve cockpits.
  3. Change in-line filters if necessary.
  4. Check for exposed wiring and replace gel-caps, if where applicable.
  5. Turn-on main water supply.

(Example of a repair cost: Replacing cracked backflow and have tested $675.00)

All work and materials are guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra cost, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the price listed. All system repairs and services not related to freeze damage will be charged separately.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO BE AT HOME IN ORDER TO SHUT DOWN YOUR SYSTEM. You may leave access to your controller, or we can open valves from the outside valve box. If no one is home at time of service, we will leave a hanger card on the door informing you that we have completed service. We ask that you turn your controller to the off position and leave battery connected. These services are completed by neighborhood. We will not be scheduling individual appointments.

WINTERIZING – WILL BEGIN THE MONDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING OR BEFORE THE FIRST EXTENDED FREEZE.

SUMMERIZING – WILL BEGIN IN THE MONTH OF MARCH AND BE COMPLETED BY APRIL 30TH BARRING ANY EXTENDED COLD WEATHER.

CONTRACTS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 15, 2022, TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE SCHEDULING. Any contracts received after work has been performed in your area, will be charged an additional $25.00 rescheduling fee.
